Return window

You can return unused items in original condition within 60 days of delivery. Ropes, slings and harnesses that have been climbed on or fallen on cannot be returned, for the next buyer's safety; shoes must be unworn outside.

How to return

Contact us with your order number. We reply with a return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Defects

If a product fails from a defect in materials or workmanship within one year of delivery, we repair, replace or refund it. Wear and tear, accidents and misuse are not defects.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.
